What is Complete Protein ?

A complete protein is a food source of protein that contains each of the nine essential amino acids. Our bodies can't produce them on their own and we must get them from the food we eat. It's these essential amino acids that differentiate complete proteins from incomplete proteins.  One scoop of whey protein powder of Fast Protein has 5.5g of BCAAs and 10.9g of EAAs. Whey protein is a complete protein so is good for you.
